As part of this process, we audit our suppliers and make sure they meet our norms & specifications based on our standard of food safety. Once the goods brought into our premises, we store and process the goods under extremely hygienic conditions and adhere to all food safety norms.

After the production process, we carry out tests under controlled environment and ensure our products are ready for dispatch. Prime Psyllium also boasts of an in-house Research and Development Department, which is responsible for the continuous progress of the product line.

We use various techniques to gauge market conditions and customer preference to come with new products and also make tweaks to our existing products if required.
