Eligibility for Cancellation:

The order has not yet been shipped.
The cancellation request is made within 7 days of placing the order.

Refunds for Cancellations:

If your order is eligible for cancellation and has been successfully canceled:

A full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

Cancellations for Shipped Orders:

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Refunds & Cancellation.

Custom or Bulk Orders:

Cancellation of custom-made or bulk orders may not be allowed once production has started. Please contact us for more details.
